    Arrow Lift Rentals

    The Hoskins family opens a small equipment yard in Southern California. Max Hoskins II grows up around lifts and forklifts. By fourteen, he's cleaning scissor lifts on weekends, learning the trade from his father, Max Sr., and his Uncle Greg.

  2. 1990s

    Business school, then the road

    Max studies business at USC, then spends years as a territory manager for JLG Industries, traveling to rental yards across the country. He watches corporate chains push out independent, family-run operations and sees the gap they leave behind.

  3. 2010

    A new kind of rental company

    Max returns home. Alongside his father and uncle, he builds a platform that connects customers nationwide to the best local, independent rental yards without losing the personal service that built the family's name.

    Equipment Giant

    A network of independent vendors across all 50 states, headquartered in Sanford, Florida. Max is still in the yard most days. Still family-run, still answering the phone.
